Job Title:

Operator

Summary:

The purpose of this role is to ensure the safe production of products at the Nantong facility by assigning production technicians to oversee safety-related activities.

Responsibilities Include:

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Adhere to safety operation requirements in accordance with the factory's EHS regulations while engaging in various production activities.
- Complete necessary training programs to meet job competency requirements based on production needs.
- Assist in training and assessing employees on the production line.
- Participate in day shifts to ensure safety in production, promptly addressing and reporting any issues or anomalies.
- Follow up on maintenance projects and collaborate with engineers for process and equipment improvements.
- Execute material receipt, movement, and documentation operations as outlined in the SOP.
- Carry out product production, sampling, packaging, area inspections, and record-keeping in accordance with SOP requirements.
- Operate auxiliary production facilities as specified in the SOP.
- Perform equipment cleaning, wastewater treatment, and waste disposal as per SOP guidelines.
- Undertake tasks assigned by leadership as per factory needs.

Requirements:

Education/Training:
- Minimum of a vocational school diploma or high school education.
- EHS training, LOTO training, wastewater and waste disposal training, job safety analysis, and production process training in three phases covering basic knowledge, SOP, equipment knowledge, on-site simulation, and assessment.
- Training in explosion protection, DCS control operation, chemical handling, electrostatic protection, and key positions in ISO environmental systems.

Certifications:
- Operator certification for all personnel.
- Specific licenses for boiler operation, forklift driving, pressure vessel operation, and elevator operation.

Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in chemical production, including relevant chemical handling and forklift operation, along with a certain level of DCS operation capability.

Skills:
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong focus on safety, environmental protection, and health.
- Adherence to operational regulations, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to effectively handle emergencies.
