We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Specialist to lead our service transformation efforts in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator and escalator systems, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

On a Typical Day You Will:

• Lead teams of technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business results.
• Analyze data to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce downtime, and improve overall system performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or operations management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the elevator or escalator industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
