About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQD Specialist PTR to join our team in Beijing/Tianjin, China. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of quality strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards and requirements.
• Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Provide training and coaching to internal teams on quality principles and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineering or management role, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Proven track record of driving quality improvements and reducing defects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and APQP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional remote work.
