Hardware Architect

The Hardware Engineer/Architect will be part of a cross-functional program team responsible for delivering innovative medical display/computer products for global and China markets. This role requires mastery of engineering principles, expertise in Electronics Engineering, and collaboration with a team to investigate new techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Design circuit boards for medical displays, including video processing, backlight driving, and power regulation, adhering to common guidelines and best practices within time, cost, specification, and quality targets.
- Identify customer requirements and provide technical proposals to customers.
- Master electronic design and testing, covering all phases of NPI, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction, and service support.
- Perform electronic failure analysis and propose solutions to achieve design excellence.
- Ensure EMC reliability and verification tests, supporting certification testing.
- Prepare documentation and reports for relevant electronic design/module/sub-assembly as per the project plan.
- Ensure implementation conforms to common guidelines and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in electronic design or equivalent areas for Bachelor Degree or 3+ years of experience for Master Degree. Familiarity with FHD to 4K display or computer design is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong design capabilities in power regulating circuit, signal integrity, and EMC improvement.
- Familiarity with MCU design. Basic FPGA knowledge is a plus.
- Good English skill in writing and speaking.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-starter, result-oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Familiarity with medical standards (IEC/UL/GB/FDA) is a plus.
