About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer/Architect to join our Zoom Middleware team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our core middleware and platform services, ensuring seamless integration with various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance middleware services using Java, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, conduct requirements analysis, design, and testing, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  3. Develop and implement technical architecture for middleware services, including coding, testing, and documentation, and drive business stakeholders to adopt and implement solutions.
  4. Ensure the stability and monitorability of middleware services in high-concurrency environments.
  5. Oversee the security upgrade and vulnerability patching of open-source frameworks used by middleware services and infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our services.
  6. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, contributing to project and technical roadmap innovation.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of Java development experience.
  2. Strong Java fundamentals, including deep understanding of IO, multithreading, networking, encryption, reflection, and JVM principles, as well as common design patterns.
  3. Familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, and other open-source frameworks, including their underlying principles and mechanisms.
  4. Proficiency in Linux, Nginx, Tomcat, and experience with performance tuning.
  5. Knowledge of MySQL database design and performance optimization, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
  6. Familiarity with Memcached, Redis, Kafka, and ES, including monitoring metrics and understanding of middleware systems.
  7. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
  8. Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and write English emails and documents, and adapt to an English-speaking work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with Nacos, Apollo, or other configuration center source code, or experience with secondary development.
  2. Familiarity with Hashicorp Vault, AWS KMS, or Cert Manager.
  3. Experience with data compliance system development, including GDPR, data classification, data de-sensitization, data watermarking, and data protection technologies.
  4. Experience with ES, ClickHouse, or MongoDB operations.
  5. Knowledge of web-related security vulnerabilities and experience with security coding practices.
  6. Familiarity with languages other than Java, such as Python or Go.
  7. Strong English communication skills.
