Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive analysis of plant performance metrics, including BP, MBR, and CF analysis, focusing on variance and risk assessments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to both central and local management, highlighting plant performance and overseeing cost tracking.
- Manage plant costing processes, including PPC calculations and maintenance of SAP standard costing, while controlling overhead expenses.
- Oversee unit cost control for lead types and track RPP measures effectively.
- Verify plant measures, track VSPDCA, and provide management with actionable recommendations.
- Execute project calculations and quotations, including EVOB and investment assessments, as well as make-or-buy analyses.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, encompassing cost center budgets, headcount, and investment planning.
- Analyze plan versus actual versus target for MAT-related KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze material variances to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain material master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive improvements in controlling processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in plant controlling or a similar field.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Access, and Python.
- Familiarity with SAP CO model is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
