Elementary School Principal

Yantai Huasheng International School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Elementary Principal to lead our school community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a positive, caring learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

• Advocate for the school's vision and values in all school activities.
• Provide spiritual leadership, coordinate assemblies and prayer meetings as assigned, and counsel staff as appropriate.
• Act as an integral part of the School Leadership team, providing support and ongoing leadership of different events when needed.
• Be an instructional leader, having an up-to-date knowledge of instructional techniques and curriculum.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for teachers/assistants as part of their professional development.
• Build good communication and interaction with parents.
• Administer all programs by policies and procedures adopted by the Board and administration of the school.
• Plan activities and events throughout the year which support the goals of the school and ISC.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instruction of individual teachers/assistants by conducting formal and informal observations and providing timely, specific feedback.
• Utilize feedback from students, staff, families, and community in the evaluation of instructional programs and school practices.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
