Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Economics Teacher and English ESL Teacher to join our team at CGC. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching secondary education students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver lesson plans and lectures that cater to the diverse needs of secondary education students, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
  • Create and administer assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress to ensure academic growth and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum, contributing to the creation of innovative and engaging learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, adhering to school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a master's or higher qualification.
  • Professional teaching certifications, such as PGCE or a teaching license, in the subject area.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in international schools, with a strong background in IGCSE and A-level education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive monthly salary of RMB 22,000 - 34,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a house and transportation allowance of RMB 3,000 per month or a free on-campus modern fully furnished apartment.
  • A flight allowance of RMB 9,500 per year, meal allowance of RMB 330 per month, and paid summer and winter holidays.
  • Health insurance coverage and a renewal bonus of RMB 10,000 every academic year.
