Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fuel Cell Laboratory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for managing our laboratory operations, ensuring high availability and utilization of resources, and overseeing local data management system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage laboratory operations, including sample preparation, testing, and characterization
- Ensure high availability and utilization of resources, including work planning and maintenance coordination
- Operate and administer local data management systems, ensuring measurement data is available globally
- Lead lab and development project execution, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with global colleagues to improve global test capabilities, technology databases, and support technology and business development
- Develop and integrate new testing and sample characterization methods
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including global AT organization, local CRD hub organization, and external partners
- Ensure laboratory safety and a safe working environment, including lab infrastructure, equipment, and working places
- Manage laboratory waste and PGM safety/recovery
Requirements
- University Master's Degree (or Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Electrochemistry
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lab operation and management, preferably in Fuel Cell, Electrolysis, Battery industry, or academia
- Deep technical knowledge in Electrochemistry, Fuel Cells, Electrolyzers, MEA design and testing, test station operation and maintenance
- Bilingual, Chinese and English (fluent)
