Associate Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Laboratory Manager to join our team at SHG Labcorp Pharmaceutical Research and Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall current process of the referral laboratories, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the referral laboratory process, including researching potential laboratories, contacting and negotiating services, and acting as a liaison for operational issues.
- Coordinate with referral laboratories to obtain technical information, including specimen collection requirements, reference ranges, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to CAIR and Reportable Issues related to external laboratories, obtaining root cause and preventative actions.
- Facilitate technical discussions with referral laboratories, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders to understand client needs and service capabilities.
- Act as the primary resource for ELMS topics and provide support to the APH Program Manager for Histology testing.
- Accountable for reporting internal performance metrics and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date training files and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Provide technical information to Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Project Management, and internal personnel.
