Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of electricians, ensuring proper scheduling and documentation.
2. Manage and maintain power distribution stations, air compressor stations, process cooling water stations, central air conditioning systems, and cooling towers.
3. Supervise the upkeep of cranes and elevators.
4. Assist in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans for power distribution stations, air compressor stations, process cooling water stations, central air conditioning systems, cooling towers, cranes, and elevators.
5. Implement and monitor the execution of maintenance and repair plans, ensuring prompt and quality service on-site.
6. Oversee external contractor projects on-site.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree in electromechanical or electrical engineering or related fields; exceptional candidates may be considered with alternative qualifications.
2. Must possess high and low voltage electrician certification.
3. Familiarity with large air compressors, central air conditioning systems, and cooling towers; knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
4. Understanding of safety management procedures for special equipment such as pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, elevators, and cranes; holding a special equipment administrator A certificate is preferred.
5. A minimum of 10 years of professional electrician experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and the ability to express and organize ideas effectively.
7. Proficient computer skills.
