Job Summary

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operation management of our facility systems, ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance, assist in facility performance management, and collaborate with other systems or functions to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor activities, ensuring they comply with EHS, SLA, and KPI requirements.
  • Work with the business department to provide annual system planning, including budget, maintenance schedules, asset assessments, and more.
  • Provide necessary tools and processes to help teams follow Kenvue standards, EHS, and GMP regulations.
  • Respond to system performance issues, including team execution, cost deviations, and system abnormalities, and develop mitigation plans or solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities, ensuring hand-over and acceptance tasks are completed in compliance with EHS & Quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain facility equipment and ensure 5S and housekeeping standards are met.
  • Engage in emergency maintenance and other critical situations that require support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Facility, Engineering, Electromechanical, or related experience is preferred).
  • Experience in electrical system maintenance is preferred.
  • Certification of LV/HV electrician is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AUTOCAD, and ability to make simple data analysis.
  • Ability to read professional manuals and drawings in both Chinese and English, with strong problem-solving skills to ensure system reliability and conduct maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication skills between teams and different functions, with a strong willingness to engage in project activities to help teams deliver goals and value.
