**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Operational Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. In this role, you will be responsible for executing various operational activities, including scheduling, reporting, contract set-up, and payment issues related to business unit activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute daily activities in accordance with management system requirements, ensuring performance alignment with established systems (including quality, safety, and ISO17020).
  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Provide administrative support to operation staff, ensuring timely completion of reports and records.
  • Maintain filing systems for proposals and contracts, guaranteeing the completeness of project files.
  • Address customer complaints and facilitate communication between internal departments.
  • Collect income and subcosts, reporting timely to ensure data accuracy and updates.

**What We Offer:**

As an Operational Efficiency Specialist with Bureau Veritas Group, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. **Requirements:**
