Position Overview

We offer a well-structured traineeship program tailored for graduates from PRC law schools and early-career PRC legal professionals.

This traineeship typically spans two years and serves as a crucial pathway to acquiring the essential experience and training needed to progress to an associate or assistant role at Clifford Chance.

Throughout your traineeship, you will:

  • Participate in our comprehensive training program, which includes lectures, workshops, and e-learning modules that leverage our local, regional, and global training resources.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas to enhance your experience and assist you in determining your future specialization.

We select each trainee with the anticipation that they will transition into associates or assistants within the Firm.

Qualifications

In addition to the personal qualities outlined in our recruitment brochure, candidates must possess:

  • A consistently strong academic background
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken
  • An LLB or LLM degree from a PRC university
