Our Research & DevelopmentExxonMobil Shanghai Technology Center (STC) develops and delivers innovative solutions to customers throughout China and Asia Pacific. The center supports customer growth through collaboration and innovation.
Your RoleYou will be responsible for sample delivery, preparation, and testing, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. You will also maintain equipment, including calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and regular communication with suppliers.
Closing collaboration with application development engineers and research scientists is crucial. You will participate in technical projects, proactively contributing to their success.
- Fully comply with all company policies, including safety, control, data integrity, etc.
- Responsible for sample delivery, preparation and testing, ensure data accuracy and traceability, appropriate data analysis
- Responsible for equipment maintenance, including but not limited to periodical calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, regular communication with suppliers, etc.
- Close collaboration with application development engineers and research scientists; proactively participate in technical projects
- B.S. in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or relevant majors preferred. 0-3 working experience is preferred
- Enthusiastic, team player, 'can-do' attitude, self-motivated
- Be patient and resilient, strong willingness and ability to learn new things
- Strong logic thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Be able to read and write report in English, be able to communicate in English orally
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
