The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience in managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing strategic plans. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be expected to provide regular updates on project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $95,000 - $120,000, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
