Accountability:

This role is accountable for leading the Strategy Transformation and Project Management Office (PMO) which focuses on strategic planning, change management, and project oversight for APAC. It demands dynamics to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change to achieve strategic objectives. Moreover, this role is tasked with increasing the working metabolism of the organization and setting new rules of engagement to propel the company forward at a new speed and instill a new culture of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for the company, aligning it with long-term goals and objectives;
  • Lead the strategic planning process, including conducting industry analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing risks;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformational changes, ensuring efficient and effective implementation;
  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments;
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities;
  • Provide guidance and support to the team in developing business cases, financial models, and action plans to support strategic initiatives;
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving the company's growth and competitiveness;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably with an MBA degree or equivalent experience in global consulting firms;
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy development, transformation, or related roles;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think strategically, make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others;
