Job Summary:

The Director, CHK Logistics is responsible for leading the supply chain and logistics team for CHK, employee development, and local hiring. This role requires strategic planning, budget management, and leadership skills to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for logistics and distribution operations, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  2. Manage budgets and resources for logistics and distribution teams, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting business objectives.
  3. Lead and develop logistics and distribution teams, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and enforce logistics and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Develop and implement solutions to complex logistics and distribution problems, utilizing analytical skills and creativity.
  6. Communicate effectively with senior leaders, direct reports, and external clients, providing timely information and recommendations.
  7. Participate in corporate programs and initiatives, adhering to professional and quality standards, and upholding 3M's values and ethical standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience in logistics and distribution operations. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are required.
