About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer to join our team at 3130 KLA-Tencor Semiconductor Equipment Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical and marketing content in both English and Chinese languages.

Job Responsibilities
  • Translate technical and marketing materials into Simplified and Traditional Chinese, including product release notes, software manuals, presentations, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Deliver translations in various formats such as MadCap Flare, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Active Trail.
  • Translate Chinese materials into English for internal use.
  • Produce end-user software documentation in English based on developer specifications.
  • Manage customer newsletter emails using Active Trail, maintaining recipient databases, scheduling sending, and monitoring receipt analytics per territory.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • English at mother tongue level.
  • Experience in technical and marketing writing in technology-related companies.
  • Ability to translate documents to/from Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese/English.
  • Demonstrated ability to write in English and Chinese using correct grammar, punctuation, and business communication style.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage own time according to agreed priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Proficient in MadCap Flare.
  • Marketing writing skills in Chinese.
