Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Air Compressor Service Technician to join our team in Wuhan. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance for new equipment installations and startup services, followed by on-site device maintenance training after debugging.
  • Offering repair and maintenance services for various air compressor models, including annual maintenance services, fault diagnosis handling, emergency call-out services for unexpected faults, and ensuring continuous machine operation without faults.
  • Preparing service work records, fault diagnosis reports, and annual service reports.
  • Collecting and feeding back information on site device running conditions to customers, offering rationalized suggestions to ensure stable machine operation.
  • Providing energy-saving optimization plans using air flow measurement and calculation.
  • Participating in service engineer skill assessments, striving to learn professional skills knowledge, and improving your own repair technology level.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, with preference given to those with experience in factory large equipment maintenance and sales after-sales service personnel.
  • At least 2 years of experience in air compressor or related equipment service, with a background in workshop maintenance and repair work.
  • Excellent manual operation ability and independent problem-solving skills for on-site faults.
  • Strong communication and expression skills.
  • A positive work attitude and high efficiency execution.
