通常情况下,您需要:
1.确保分公司实现短期和长期营收指标
2.推动销售战略实施,提升产品的竞争优势
3.重点客户关系维护,确保业务的持续合作
4.管理销售团队,提升团队销售技能并转化为实际销售业绩
5.与分公司总经理密切配合,优化营销战略
6.建立并监控销售团队绩效指标,管理销售活动
7.协助团队建立客户关系网、完善定价及招投标方案
8.通过数字化工具使用,提高销售管理工作效率
成功的候选人需要具备:
1.您拥大专及以上学历,商科或工科类专业优先,并具备7年及以上相关工作经验,拥有同行业工作经验者可适当放宽要求
2.您在类似行业(建筑/设施管理/暖通空调/消防与安全/服务/机电)中担任过销售管理职务,获得过优异的销售业绩。
3.您以结果为导向,能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作
4.您可以创造协作且包容的工作氛围,激励团队提升销售业绩
5.您具有战略思维,能够制定和达成短期及长期业绩目标
6.您可以快速响应客户的需求,通过团队协作和卓越运营为奥的斯的业绩提升起到积极作用
