Sales and Marketing Manager for Branded Packaging Solutions

Avery Dennison Smartrac is a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions. As Sales and Marketing Manager for Branded Packaging Solutions, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Job Description:As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing key customers and establishing strong relationships through excellent account leadership, professionalism, and integrity.
- Developing annual sales and key account plans aligned with the company's Annual Operating Plans.
- Fostering the after-market channel and maintaining sales growth on a monthly basis.
- Preparing and executing monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, meeting all sales and AR collection targets.
- Developing and managing the sales channel, including distribution, dealers, and converters.
- Enhancing sales pipelines and analyzing sales data to drive informed decision-making.
- Regularly reviewing key accounts and channel partners, providing insights on sales trends and market opportunities.
- Closing targeted projects with end-users and key converters, driving commercial excellence metrics.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports, contributing to relevant meetings, and ensuring timely feedback from the market is translated into actionable insights.
You will be responsible for collecting market information and analysis, including market size, trends, new products, and customer behavior, and reporting back to the team in a timely manner.
This role requires a strong strategic mindset, excellent attention to detail, and 7+ years of experience in managing large key accounts, preferably in the auto aftermarket sector.
The ideal candidate will possess skills in developing solid sales and negotiation skills, problem-solving, product knowledge, and technical understanding. A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and execution capabilities is essential.
A university graduate with effective verbal and written communication in English is required. Travel throughout the sales territory is necessary.
