Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Changsha. As a Field Sales Representative for Goodyear, you will be responsible for attaining sales targets and developing local sales and service networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain sales targets with a focus on target market segments in responsible areas.
  • Carry out intensive retailer visits to promote sell-through, maintain, and develop local sales and service networks.
  • Provide valuable consultancy to retailers to improve their service quality and operation management.
  • Gather and collect valid market data, including retail shop information, competitor information, and auto registration information by segment.
  • Coach and manage distributor sales teams to ensure the implementation of Goodyear sales policies.
  • Assist in implementing other marketing activities for Goodyear.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales-related working experience (non-tire industry).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Result-driven and self-motivated.
  • Familiar with computer operating systems, including MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and write in English in normal business occasions (at least CET 4).
