McCormick & Company, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of spices, seasonings, and other food products. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Market Development Manager.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
As a Regional Market Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies to drive sales growth in assigned regions. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional market plans to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 1 year of FMCG sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Working Conditions:
