Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and sales of our analytical solutions in the industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Brief clients on company CMD products and provide technical support as needed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Food Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or a related field, preferably in the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the industry and its key players
  • Experience in negotiating with channel partners and managing customer relationships
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
