Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in this exciting new role.

About the Job

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective sellers for the Amazon Business marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving aggressive sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential sellers to create a clear value proposition for selling on Amazon Business.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze businesses and provide executive-level reporting on current performance and future opportunities.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure seller success and quality.
  • Advocate for sellers and external stakeholders to influence product roadmap.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews on progress and territory health.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans.
  • Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals.
  • Ability to interact at C-Level with medium-to-large Chinese and international companies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Management from a top university.
  • Quantitative analytical skills, including database analysis and Excel skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
