Business Development Manager

Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Shenzhen Branch is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in this exciting new role.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective sellers for the Amazon Business marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving aggressive sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with potential sellers to create a clear value proposition for selling on Amazon Business.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics.
- Analyze businesses and provide executive-level reporting on current performance and future opportunities.
- Implement and track metrics to measure seller success and quality.
- Advocate for sellers and external stakeholders to influence product roadmap.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews on progress and territory health.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans.
- Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals.
- Ability to interact at C-Level with medium-to-large Chinese and international companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Management from a top university.
- Quantitative analytical skills, including database analysis and Excel skills.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
