Strategic Partnership Development Manager

About This Role
This role focuses on optimizing the meeting place experience for the many people, driving visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA, and delivering sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Leasing team to create relevant components of the offer in the Meeting place, including Pop-up stores, Leisure and F&B.
- Actively contribute to driving visitation to the Meeting Place and IKEA Store by creating a diverse, emotionally engaging, and experiential offer.
- Develop, implement, and follow up on the long-term leasing strategy in the Meeting Place.
- Provide relevant information to ensure the Offer & Income Strategy reflects business priorities and customer needs.
- Keep a close follow-up on the commercial and operational performance of our Partners.
- Promote our Partners' relevant involvement in the meeting places' initiatives across the year.
Requirements
- Knowledge of industry best practice and ability to apply it in action.
- Understanding of customer experience and desired relationship at individual touchpoints.
- Ability to anticipate and forecast future business evolution and sales, and monitor performance.
