Meeting Place Development Manager

We are seeking a Meeting Place Development Manager to optimise the meeting place experience for the many people and drive visitation to the Meeting Places and IKEA.
Key responsibilities- Partner with Sales & Leasing team to create relevant components of the offer in the Meeting place, including Pop-up stores, Leisure and F&B, and overall additional income, taking advantage of commercialization opportunities.
- Actively contribute to driving visitation to the Meeting Place and IKEA Store by creating relevant and diverse, emotionally engaging and experiential offer for the many people in accordance with the Meeting place customer journey.
- In partnership develop, implement and follow up the long term leasing strategy in the Meeting Place.
- Provide relevant information to ensure that the Offer & Income Strategy reflects the business priorities and customer needs, as well as uniqueness of the Meeting Place and is consistent with the defined customer journey.
- A strong understanding of how to explore industry best practice, process it and apply it in action as well as sharing with IKEA.
- The ability to anticipate and forecast the future evolution of business and sales and monitor performance.
- Knowledge of how to set direction, create and manage long term plans, set budgets and goals, and follow up on KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

Compensation and benefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
