With this role as Senior Territory Manager (Urological Tumors), you'll have the chance to work in an exciting environment that offers growth opportunities, professional development, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities- Sustain regular contact with key customers, demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and delivery of scientific services to build superior relationships with key stakeholders.
- Organize scientific lectures and prepare speaker contracts.
- Organize roundtable meetings to facilitate scientific discussions among key experts in the assigned sales area.
- Assist the Marketing Department in promoting regional meetings and assist the supervisor in completing bidding procedures and health services.
- Provide accurate market information feedback and updates information in various databases, including daily documentation of activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
You will be expected to ensure your individual actions are aligned with Bayer's LIFE values, relevant compliance guidelines, and other company regulations.
Requirements- University degree and above, major in Medicine.
- Two to three years (+/-) of working experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Knowledge of products, market place, and customer base.
- Good business sensitivity, learning ability, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive.
- Ability to establish good relationships with medical experts in the medical field.
- Good innovation and development capacity.
- Customer-orientation.
- Good self-motivation ability.
- Speech skills, good coordination, and organization skills.
