About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Uro-Sr Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Wuhan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical devices and equipment sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer feedback
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as medicine or business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer
Boston Scientific offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
