About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of generating new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
