Service Business Development Manager
About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Business Development Manager to promote efficient service portfolios and develop customer relationships for service business.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for EAD service portfolio promotion and sales, committed to unit targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for service business growth.
- Develop new customers through market research and resource utilization.
- Promote Service Sales Contracts to customers.
- Propose service solutions and coordinate after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist Spare Parts Sales in achieving spare parts business goals.
- Promote new strategic service portfolios in the market.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation and ownership.
- Familiarity with Siemens MV/LV Drive system and Fiber/Metal verticals' application technology.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in service business promotion in the industry automation market, with service sales experience preferred.
- Strategic thinking and systematic analysis capability.
- Good English language skills, both written and oral.
- Good PPT designing and Excel skills.
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Willingness to travel.
