Service Business Development Manager

About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Service Business Development Manager to promote efficient service portfolios and develop customer relationships for service business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for EAD service portfolio promotion and sales, committed to unit targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for service business growth.
  • Develop new customers through market research and resource utilization.
  • Promote Service Sales Contracts to customers.
  • Propose service solutions and coordinate after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Spare Parts Sales in achieving spare parts business goals.
  • Promote new strategic service portfolios in the market.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Strong customer orientation and ownership.
  • Familiarity with Siemens MV/LV Drive system and Fiber/Metal verticals' application technology.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in service business promotion in the industry automation market, with service sales experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and systematic analysis capability.
  • Good English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Good PPT designing and Excel skills.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
