We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Middle/West of China SEMI customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

  • Owning all sales and account management responsibilities for specified Thermo Fisher Electron Microscopes products, including resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Defining, aligning, and implementing successful account strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate quarterly booking forecasts to determine sales targets and strategies.
  • Understanding budget constraints at each customer and taking strategic action to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Confirming system configurations, specifications, and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders.
  • Leading User Group activity by product as required, ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing system demonstrations by working closely with application engineers and product marketing managers.
  • Overseeing the sales booking process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the Account service group and application engineers to effectively manage product issues in the field and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A university degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in a related product area.
  • Highly developed negotiation skills for effective customer interaction and closure of sales and other issues.
  • Excellent, enthusiastic, and clear communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse audience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborating with customers and account teams to determine optimal solutions.
  • Proven presentation skills and experience creating materials for presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an account team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and factories locally and internationally.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
