Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Regional Mass Channel Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating regional development plans in line with national channel strategies to achieve defined business objectives. This includes regional mass product portfolios, price management, promotion planning, channel sales team development, competitive strategies, and implementation of regional and national mass strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or above, 5+ years' working experience in sales and sales management in multi-national companies of FMCG industry or Chemical industry. Strong experience in process optimization and project management, strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, strong learning ability and ability to lead change, fluency in Mandarin, good English in written, and spoken is a preference. High motivation and results-orientated, willingness to travel.
This role requires close collaboration with Regional Sales Manager, RTM, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Formulating annual development plans for mass customers with RSM, including RMD support and distribution plans;
- Optimizing regional channel product portfolios and making investment planning according to regional market conditions;
- Managing regional mass product prices and establishing a stable regional mass pricing system;
- Working with RTM to make regional promotion plans and collecting feedback on promotion effects;
- Assisting ASM in setting up annual mass sales development plans for each province, including DSR development plans;
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
