Role Overview

The role of HR Business Development Partner at Visteon focuses on partnering with functional business leaders in the tech center to identify key business focus areas and drive the talent strategy to improve performance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing optimization of organization design, talent assessment and development, and organizational effectiveness for the tech center.
  • Influencing and driving talent strategies to impact business outcomes for the VAPI-Wuhan tech center.
  • Leading key talent transformation and change initiatives that have the highest business impact.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Visteon offers competitive salaries and benefits, as well as an environment that encourages employees to achieve their career goals.

Tech Center Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive the organizational effectiveness in the tech center.
  • Leverage HR analytics to advise business leaders on key people metrics such as retention, total rewards, engagement, and diversity-related outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, business, or psychology, and a professional or academic certification in one or more HR specialty disciplines.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience as an HR business partner, preferably in a technology center setting.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in applying HR tools and techniques as a generalist.
