Job Purpose
This role involves working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement regional development plans that align with national channel strategies. The primary goal is to achieve defined business objectives, leveraging expertise in regional mass product portfolios, price management, promotion planning, channel sales team development, and competitive strategies.
As a key member of the regional team, you'll be responsible for the implementation of regional and national mass strategies, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Mass Channel Strategy & Cross Channel Cooperation
Develop annual development plans in collaboration with the RSM, focusing on mass customer support and distribution. Optimize regional channel product portfolios, making investment decisions based on market conditions and national channel strategies.
Manage regional mass product prices, establishing a stable pricing system that aligns with market understanding. Collaborate with RTM to create regional promotion plans, gathering feedback on their effectiveness.
Assist ASM in setting up annual mass sales development plans for each province, including DSR development plans.
Work with the central mass channel team to drive business process improvements, leveraging your expertise to enhance customer experiences and logistics efficiency.
Key Activities
Regional Mass Investment Management
Develop annual budget plans for the mass channel, allocating resources with RSM and RTM. Participate in A&P cost utilization decisions, ensuring alignment with channel strategies.
Develop regional mass store development plans, reviewing store inputs and communicating channel development budgets with RTM.
Experience
We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a University degree or above, and at least 5 years of experience in sales and sales management within the FMCG or Chemical industry. Strong process optimization and project management skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
Fluent in original language, with good written and spoken English skills. High motivation and a results-oriented approach are vital for success in this role.
