Job Purpose

As a Regional Channel Manager, you'll work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a regional development plan that aligns with national channel strategies. Your goal will be to achieve defined business objectives, including regional mass product portfolios, price management, promotion planning, channel sales team development, and competitive strategies.

You'll be responsible for implementing regional and national mass strategies in the region, supervising implementation effects, and providing improvement plans to the RSM and mass channel head regularly. As a leader in regional mass projects, you'll coordinate with other members to promote regional business optimization and provide feedback to the central channel team.

Key Accountabilities

Mass Channel Strategy & Cross Channel Cooperation

You'll formulate the annual development plan, RMD support, and distribution plan of mass customers with the RSM. You'll optimize regional channel product portfolios, make investment planning according to regional market conditions, and manage regional mass product prices. You'll also work with the central mass channel team to provide more reasonable and efficient business process recommendations.

Key Activities

Regional Mass Investment Management

You'll develop annual budget plans of mass channel and allocate by items with the RSM & RTM. You'll participate in decision-making of A&P cost utilization and make investments consistent with the channel strategy. You'll also review regional store inputs and communicate channel development budget with the RTM.

Experience

We're looking for a candidate with a university degree or above and 5+ years of working experience in sales and sales management in multi-national companies of FMCG industry or Chemical industry. You should have strong experience in process optimization and project management, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and good English skills are preferred. High motivation and results-orientation are essential for this role.
