Regional Expansion Manager

As a Regional Expansion Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for growing and developing business in assigned markets and accounts by selling and executing planned territory initiatives. You will effectively coach frontline sales teams to improve execution and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Sell and Merchandise: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned markets and accounts.
- Sell New Products and Promotions: Collaborate with key accounts and distributors to promote new products and initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure 'Gold Merchandising Standard' (GMS) compliance level in your territory.
- Account Development: Identify and develop potential accounts for direct service from the DC.
- Store Expansion: Open new A&B stores to expand footprint in the territory.
- Coaching and Development: Work with MD in market to coach and provide one-on-one feedback to frontline sales teams.
- Team Management: Conduct effective weekly meetings with team members.
Key Capabilities/Competencies:
- Experience in developing new business and turnaround, as well as stable large business.
- College degree or above.
- Strong negotiation and professional selling skills.
- Sales planning and time management.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strong execution and team player.
- Passionate and quick learner.
- Mandarin and English language skills.
- Good computer skills.
