Job Title: Men's Assortment Planning Manager

Nike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Men's Assortment Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer demand and market trends to inform planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of assortment plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
