TE Connectivity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced S/4 Hana Project Manager II to join our dynamic team.

In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful migration of TE's global operations from SAP ECC 6.0 to the advanced S/4 Hana platform.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale enterprise transformation project with a lasting impact on our business.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate testing efforts across all phases of the S/4 Hana implementation, ensuring comprehensive coverage of global and local business processes.
  • Develop and deliver compelling change management materials to effectively communicate process updates and drive adoption within your designated function and segment.
  • Provide expert training and support to users on new system functionalities and workflows introduced by S/4 Hana.
  • Collaborate closely with the TEIS project team, Segment business project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of the project plan.
  • Identify, document, and resolve any project issues or gaps that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Manage data cleansing activities and ensure accurate data migration to the new S/4 Hana system.
  • Support go-live activities and provide ongoing support during the hypercare period following deployment.
Your Background:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in executing business processes within a supply chain and manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with SAP ERP systems, particularly in the areas of supply chain management and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of connected system landscapes and bolt-on applications.
  • Experience with organizational change management and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
