SAP S/4HANA Governance Expert

Your Responsibilities

  • Assume accountability within the global Purchasing Governance framework, primarily focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Serve as a Regional Process Specialist (RPS) to facilitate SAP S/4HANA deployment across various project stages, including fit-to-standard assessments, integration testing, process validation, data cleansing, data migration, go-live, and Hypercare support.
  • Address deployment findings related to localization and assist in executing necessary modifications for the new SAP S/4HANA template, ensuring effective Change Management throughout the deployment process.
  • Coordinate with purchasing team members within respective Plant Implementation Teams on data management workflows, tools, communication strategies, training management processes, and testing management protocols.
  • Conduct integration testing activities to ensure system readiness.
  • Provide training to local teams, equipping them with knowledge of the new ERP system.
  • Oversee regional testing management processes to align with local testing strategies based on regional team testing plans, test scope, and completion reports in accordance with project milestones.
  • Manage optimization requests from plants in collaboration with the global Template team.
  • Monitor and support business requirements across all sites within the region, offering necessary assistance to all plants, including support for local key users and purchasing-specific projects.
  • Act as a second-level support resource for local users in purchasing.
  • Coordinate periodic integration tests related to the modules.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in SAP, particularly in purchasing and related domains; experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Involvement in SAP (ERP) implementations, especially in template rollouts.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of purchasing processes is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence peers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent communication and training capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with strong speaking and writing skills.
