Technical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Equipment Specialist to join our team in Fuzhou, China. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for managing equipment and facility activities to achieve manufacturing excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric engineering, control engineering, or mechanical & electrical integration, with at least 8 years of experience in equipment/facility management. You will lead teams in planning, coordinating, and executing site preparation, equipment move-in, installation, hook-up, power-on, check-out, testing, and start-up.

• Manage equipment/facility activities to ensure manufacturing excellence
• Plan and manage capital spending in equipment/facility area
• Evaluate and mitigate potential risk for aging equipment
• Optimize spare parts inventory and monthly procurement
• Review daily purchase requirements (PR) in equipment & facility area
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and lead cost reduction projects
• Troubleshoot unscheduled equipment breakdowns

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electric Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Integration, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in equipment/facility management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
