Job Title: Acquisition Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Engineer to join our team at Faurecia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of deadlines, monitoring progress, and results according to relevant management systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
• Elaborate a master schedule based on customer milestones
• Co-responsible for technical presentations of submissions and quotes
• Establish preliminary BOM
• Perform benchmarking evaluations and reporting
• Define component requirements and identify components requiring documentation
• Elaborate product specifications
• Select material types and families
• Document performance according to relevant systems
• Allocate project hours within each relevant system
• Select process technologies
• Cooperate in the elaboration of tool concepts and specifications
• Cooperate in FMEA product and process
• Cooperate in the determination of quality features
• Cooperate in validation requirements
• Cooperate in D&D cost

Additional Tasks:
• Implement the Department's objectives
• Apply modern management methods to monitor individual projects
• Supervise interns and graduates working on their thesis
• Support pre-development and research tasks

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of interior engineering background
• Knowledge of interior parts architecture concept
• Knowledge of interior process flow
• Knowledge of tooling concept
• Familiarity with interior development phase and OEM milestones
• Familiarity with interior product validations
• Good communication skills
• Good English as the working language
• Ability to cope with stress and work efficiently
