About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Arrow (China) Electronics Trading Co Ltd Nanjing Branch. As an Asset Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory control processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services from suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement and inventory control processes are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement and inventory control, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
