Job Title: Co-Curricular Activities Lead Teacher

We are seeking an exceptional Co-Curricular Activities Lead Teacher to join our team at Experior Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for creating engaging co-curricular programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive co-curricular programme that caters to diverse student interests and abilities.
  • Design and implement a range of extra-curricular activities that promote academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Oversee the coordination of co-curricular events and programmes, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and assessment methods.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and students to ensure the success of co-curricular programmes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher with a Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant subject discipline, plus a PGDE/PGCE/B.Ed. qualification.
  • Proven track record of teaching and programme coordination, with a focus on student-centred learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to programming challenges.
