Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement validation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct equipment qualification and commissioning activities to ensure seamless integration into production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute transfer plans for new products.
• Investigate and resolve deviations and anomalies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in manufacturing processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, EU GMP, and FDA regulations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with risk analysis tools such as FMEA and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
