YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1全面负责产线绩效（HSE安全、Quality质量、Delivery交付、Cost成本），包括产线维护 Fully responsible for production line performance (HSE safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost), including production line maintenance 1.1在生产中引导高标准的GMP实施，并通过生产过程的改进、产线员工GMP意识的提高和GMP的监督实施等，达到高水平的质量标准；如，产品一次性正确率(RFT)的改进和产品废弃率的控制 Guide the implementation of high standard GMP in production, and achieve high quality standards through the improvement of the production process, GMP awareness of production line employees and GMP supervision and implementation; For example, the improvement of product one-time accuracy (RFT) and the control of product abandonment rate 1.2确保产线生产工艺、验证程序、清洁程序的稳定 Ensure the stability of the production process, verification procedure and cleaning procedure of the production line 1.3负责产线设备综合效率(OEE)的改进，监督产线计划停机活动执行、确保计划停机活动符合标准，确保计划停机活动的达成率Responsible for the improvement of overall efficiency (OEE) of the production line equipment, supervise the execution of planned shutdown activities of a production line, ensure that planned shutdown activities meet standards, and ensure the achievement rate of planned shutdown activities 1.4负责产线设备综合效率(OEE)的改进，减少产线停机次数和产线非计划停机时间Responsible for improving the overall efficiency of production line equipment (OEE), reducing the number of production line downtime and unplanned downtime 2领导力Leadership 2.1负责产线看板(PDCA Board)、产线班次绩效对话看板(Level 1 Board)的设计、维护和改进，确保看板的设计灵活、实用 Responsible for the design, maintenance and improvement of PDCA Board and Level 1 Board to ensure the flexible and practical design of the board 2.2每天组织开展产线绩效对话(Level 1.5)，确保AO和PM相关标准(如：CL, CIL, CO, 预防性维护)的执行 2.2 Organize daily production line performance dialogue (Level 1.5) to ensure the implementation of AO and PM-related standards (e.g. CL, CIL, CO, preventive maintenance) 3执行产线日常Gemba活动(包括缺陷寻找修复流程)以确认产线健康度并对产线人员进行指导Perform daily Gemba activities in the production line (including defect finding and repair process). Defects Find&Fix) To confirm the health of the production line and guide production line personnel 4带领团队完成损失事件分析调查（A3R工具）Lead the team to complete the loss incident analysis investigation (A3R tool) 5负责团队人才发展Responsible for team talent development 5.1为团队设定PMP目标和发展计划，负责本团队嘉奖激励机制的制定和提名，以及团队成员技能矩阵的评估和更新 Set PMP goals and development plans for the team, and be responsible for the formulation and nomination of the team's reward and incentive mechanism, as well as the evaluation and update of the team members' skill matrix 5.2定期与团队成员沟通，如年中和年终的Check-in Communicate with team members regularly, such as mid-year and end-of-year Check-in 6变更管理：负责产线、设备和工艺变更(包括确认、验证活动)的整体评估和变更计划的制定 ，执行变更实施阶段的相关任务 Change management: Responsible for the overall evaluation of production line, equipment and process changes (including confirmation and verification activities), formulation of change plans, and implementation of related tasks in the change implementation phase

WHO YOU ARE

1教育背景：医药或化工相关专业教育背景，大学本科或以上Education background: Medical or chemical related education background, bachelor degree or above 2经验：5 年以上制药或化工行业工作经验Experience: More than 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry 3技能：熟悉制药技术和GMP 规范，药品生产相关法规Skills: Familiar with pharmaceutical technology and GMP standards, drug production related laws and regulations 4能力 Abilities 4.1良好的沟通和协调能力Good communication and coordination skills 4.2团队管理能力Team management ability 4.3流畅的英语读写能力Fluent English reading and writing ability 4.4熟悉流程改进原则，如精益生产和六西格玛 Familiar with process improvement principles such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma 4.5熟悉MES系统（or BES）、Thingworx & Power BI更佳Familiar with MES system (orBES< Batch execution system >) Thingworx & Power BI is better
