We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Leader to join our team at an international high school in Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting in February or August 2024.

About the School

This school is located in the High-Tech District of Chengdu, offering the IGCSE and A-level full-time curriculum. The campus features a holistic approach to education, with recreational areas, a library, a student cafeteria, an indoor heated pool, a multi-purpose lecture hall, an auditorium, and a sports hall.

Job Responsibilities

  • Teach at least one of the following subjects: Science, Psychology, or Economics to high school students using the A-level framework.
  • Manage and supervise foreign teachers to ensure quality education delivery and adherence to curriculum standards.
  • Mentor and support foreign teachers in their professional development and provide guidance on teaching methodologies.
  • Assist the Marketing Department in enrollment promotion and the university counselors in applying universities for students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in the related subject.
  • Teaching certificate.
  • Two or more years teaching experience in the subjects or university counselor experience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
