Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Officer to join our team at Park Hyatt Hangzhou. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well-organized and timely filing system for all personnel records.
  • Ensure all employment practices are in line with local legislation and company policies.
  • Manage employee data confidentially and efficiently.
  • Enter personnel records into the HR system.
  • Coordinate with local Labour authorities as assigned by the Personnel Manager.
  • Prepare and submit reports on employee turnover and absenteeism.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the Associate Restaurant.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintenance of personnel files.
  • Support the recruitment process, including handling inquiries, registration, and arranging interviews.
  • Develop and maintain job postings to attract suitable candidates.
  • Respond to requests for reasonable tasks and secondary duties as needed.
