Job Summary:

This role supports DCS project execution and collaborates with the team to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in automation controls and a good understanding of DCS projects.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work with the team leader to achieve project targets and objectives.
  • Participate in team operation and project execution aspects through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Grasp job knowledge and skills to accomplish each task in project execution.
  • Handle challenges and ensure quality commitment.
  • Participate in project execution based on EPM project roles and responsibilities.
  • Design, implement, and test software.
  • Document design and check implementation software.
  • Implement quality procedures such as configuration management.
  • Comply with good behavior and performance of project execution to achieve operational excellence objectives.
  • Coordinate with lead engineer/project manager to achieve EPM and Emerson Xi'an Engineering Center's vision, mission, and strategy.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Automatic Control, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Above-years working experience in instrument and automatic control industries, foreign company working experience is preferred.

  • Willing to long-term travel.
  • Excellent Visual Basic and iFix skills.
  • Excellent computer literate, proficient in oral and written English skills.
  • Excellent Get Result/Accountability, Analyzes Issue, and Service Orientated.

  • Handling Challenges with strong Quality Commitment awareness.
  • Good Leadership, and People Empowerment/Motivation.
  • Understanding/acceptance BUs' Vision, Mission, Strategy; and applying into daily work.
